Not for everyone or maybe not for any one

It starts with a hero jumps into a fight to defend his brother. Brother dies but gives a broken explanation for the attack. Cut to a town and the bullies take good from the street vendor but do not pay. Cut again to the martial arts school. The instructor explains the bullies are either taking over the school or shutting them down. The bullies take on some students at the casino. The hero returns to the school but nothing happens. Then he goes to the bully boss regarding his sister is missing. He claims to be a doctor but is he a policeman instead, or both?

This movie has a character who can't talk. He tries to talk and no one understands him until he keeps blabbering and waving his arms around. Then the others figure out what he was trying to tell them and this was something the audience knew all along. What is the point of putting such an annoying character and scene in a movie?

This movie seems to have a simple story line about the hero returns to town to defeat the bullies. But there are many scenes that have nothing to do with that and go nowhere. Then at about the thirty minute mark there is a total scene failure. The hero is framed for trying to poison the master. The set up was so stupid that everyone in the school had to be a moron to believe it but they all did. The bullies capture the hero and he is helpless. They were going to kill him but the girl said he might be useful so they don't kill him. They go to the school and have no trouble defeating everyone there. Next they bring in a powerful Japanese fighter that they really don't even need. By 45 minutes all the good guys have been wiped out and the bad guys are in charge and I do not care at all. Stupid and boring.

The fight scenes are pathetic too.

I have the Rarescope DVD. It is a good quality wide screen dubbed in English by the good voice over actors. I am putting this DVD away and I will never watch it again.
