Ralph reads about a cottage for sale in the country. He and Ed decide to buy this without consulting their wives. Alice and Trixie are totally opposed and one of Ralph's "I'm the general and you're the lowly private" speeches ensues. Of course, they are being taken by a couple con men. The model cabin is nothing like the complete dump they purchase and there is a big blowup between the two guys. This has an interesting conclusion that is to be expected.
