on how not to make a horror movie. I must admit (as usual) special effects , the surroundings are suitably creepy and some scenes are nicely shot. But the overuse of music frighteners, shock thrills and low budget high school type acting. The script also doesn't help with bad jokes galore and unnecessary romance slash corny teen movie dialogues.
The premise? Something scares and kills in a rundown hospital. The ghost is a ghost of a nurse with broken legs. By the way the culprit of the movie is shown in the first scene of the movie and all suspense an mystery is non-existent from then on.
Indonesia has some great movies out there (Joko Anwar, Riri Riza, Nia Di Nata), but it surely shouldn't use horror flicks to promote its cinema abroad. That given there are some OK to good movies, but they are few an far between, with sub-par productions like this one being churned out without much thought to them.
