The sugar work from all the teams was absolutely amazing, I enjoyed seeing the techniques a little bit more in depth. The winner was well deserved and the judges gave good feedback.

One round, and a team goes home. Where is the opportunity for them to show their craft? What is the point?
Half the show the viewer is forced to look at the judges and listen to their self important babble. I wanted to see more of the contestants working and crafting and it's amazing to see the end result, but I wanted to see more of how it was done...not just the small portions of the procedure - cut from the pot to pouring, well..there's so much more to see. Judges and their ego - babble, babble, babble.
The contestants were clearly exceptionally skilled, so why not create a platform in which they keep improving and showing their craft by meeting more challenges. A 22 minute show failed the contestants. The show was highly edited; 3 intricate challenges that each took hours to do and they edited ALL of that down into 22 minutes? Ridiculous. So much was lost..
Overhaul the show's concept was very unfulfilling and left me cold. There's no point in watching another episode if it's shown. Give me School of Chocolate with Chef Amaury Guichon, Now THAT is a competition!
