Pretty goofy

Alright I know this show is just fantasy, right? It is interesting to have an episode dealing with the potential end of the world at a time when the planet is facing destruction from something so tiny you need a microscope to see who or what it is. Anyway, that is a subject for another time and place.

I disagree with the previous comments about this being the absolute worst episode ever, I think it's too early to say that because we have yet to see the future. It's possible things could get worse.

I was sorry to see the loss of Angus' father; I.e., Jim "Oversight" MacGuyver. I felt he was a good addition to the show and really hoped he would stick around for a while, making occasional appearances as the storyline dictated; but alas, that is not to be.

I just wonder what Tesla, Bell, and Edison would do to save our current world?

Didn't feel this one

This season has improved the show a lot. The writing seems different, directing in some episodes and the overall presentation. That being said I just didn't feel this episode even though I felt it was a plot but I just didn't feel it.

MacGyver seeing his Mother and Lasky through his subconscious was an interesting move but it just didn't have an emotional effect. Maybe it's the acting but presentation of it was good.

I like the history

I don't understand much about this episode especially when mac met tesla,bell,and edison in his dream. I don't understand what they're talking about. But i like when the writer add some history in this episode.

Did you notice MacGyver's hair?

My wife sure did. In one shot, his hair is perfectly combed and in another shot his hair is askew; in the next shot MacGyver's hair is back to being perfectly combed. Apparently the production crew was in one hell of a hurry to get the footage in the can, edit it, and have it ready for broadcast. Other than that, it was a well-done episode where we find out that Angus MacGyver's mom was up to her eyeballs in the Codex conspiracy before her untimely death when our hero was just five years old. While in his dreamstate, Angus meets Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, and Nikola Tesla; the latter had invented an ultimate weapon before his mysterious death and the Codex would like to get their meaty hands on it. Awful sorry about Oversight's death. So glad that MacGyver is getting back with Desi Nguyen. About cotton picking time. Memo to Peter Lenkow: don't foul up.

worst episode so far

This was by far the worst episode I have seen of MacGyver is all four seasons. It was totally painful to sit through an hour of this episode. So ready for this Codex storyline to get over. Do better, writers!

Shark? What Shark?

This reboot has never been very goof, but this episode jumped so far that the shark isn't even visible anymore.
