- One of your skills is directly related to drugs and will try to convince you to do them whenever possible.

- It's possible to shoot yourself in the game.
- One of the characters can commit suicide if things go wrong. Some blood is shown.

- One scene involves having to tell a mother of 2 that her husband has died.
- It's possible for one of the main characters to get shot in the tribunal and not return for the rest of the game.
- One of the main characters can be killed off screen if you make the wrong decision.
- The main character gets shot in the tribunal and nearly dies.
- The outcome of the tribunal determines if innocent people will die and is incredibly stressful.
