Sex & Nudity

- Not really no nudity. Mostly shots of women wearing bras and almost revealing outfits. Nothing extremely graphic.
- One character is changing a female character in a changing room. She is in a bra and underwear. She then takes off her clothes, we see her form her shoulders above. Not graphic or detailed in the slightest. The character seems to be underage.
- Some crude humour
- While making a doll, Noi is seen naked. You see her bare shoulders and her private part is covered
- We see a female characters bare breast for an extended period of time.
Violence & Gore

- The violence is extremely bloody and sometimes gory and involves a lot of huge blood geysers and limbs chopped off and occasionally intestines cut out.
- The first episode shows a man being sliced into many pieces and the explodes with blood spraying everywhere
- A person gets sliced in half vertically with a karate chop with a huge blood spray and someone else punches a man so hard his fist goes through their torso and is holding their still beating heart
- A character vomits a fire hydrant level of blood and a man climbs out of their mouth with blood spraying out
- A bunch of zombies are chopped in half with axes in multiple ways with geysers of blood spraying out
- A guy gets decapitated with a hammer and theres a huge amount of blood spraying out everywhere
- A girls skin of her face gets ripped off, she is still alive
- The violence is brutal and grimy. Both realistic and supernatural violence, one of the more violent anime to be released in recent years.
Profanity

- There are a few uses of fuck in the sub but the dub contains none.
- Shit, damn, bastard, hell etc. In the dub.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A lot of characters smoke, even a child smokes.
- Some people do black powder which is a fictional drug in the show.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Although the tone is very silly and comedic, occasionally it gets very dark and very disturbing
- This show doesn't shy away from body horror. You will see people with insect legs, people with squid heads, people that get turned into food items, and so much more.

Violence & Gore
- Caiman rips Ebisu's face off
- Shin cuts Caiman's head, blood is shown.
- Various instances of intense violence as early as the first epsode, including a particularly intense sequence where a character has their face ripped off.
