The reborn Jamie Dutton come on down..........
marckline000-677 July 2020
We all know from the past the children of John Dutton , can lead an episode. Wes Bentley shows he can act and his charactor leads this particular showing. This show also likes to bring in kin of the late Michael Landon and another fine actor who still shows up in good films , Josh Brolin . Their daughters are in good supporting roles for this season .

Obvious leadin to a big storyline

The Duttons have to have something to fight. But needs more than holding hands. It was great to see them use Wes Bentley more. A fine actor who finally has a role developed to sink his teeth into.

More Trouble Brewing

A Landon & a Brolin & More Trouble heading their way -- those Duttons sure have it hard amidst all that beauty.

At least they flew the flag and sang the National Anthem and nobody with kneeling and the world did not tend.

the worst episode so fare

Warning: Spoilers
This was an absolute average episode that didn't develop the plot, it made more problems for the Dutton family which they already have plenty of.

Their focus should be on th eland and the characters, this is what made the first two seasons good. I sure hope they find their way back to that, or the series will be a drag from here on out.

Laos the new characters are interesting but don't get enough screen time, like the side characters in the first two season, we did have plenty of characters that they could have focused on before bringing in new ones.

Also the risk of seizure is such a grab for season 3 I would have waited and ended the series with it as they can do very little against the federal government.

romance or western??

This episode is the weakest part of the series. Why should half of this episode be involved in romantic sequences when the nature of the series is not like that?

Have the writers tottaly lost their way? Have they run out of ideas? The first two seasons were great. So far this season is a bust. And this episode was a waste of time. Nothing happened. I'm losing interest.

Episode 303

Warning: Spoilers
The show isn't bad, it's just sort of "there". These storylines just feel so repetitive and I don't think there's anything groundbreaking going on right now.

Tough three episodes into a short season when that's the case.

40 minute episode and no progress
dadmumbub7 July 2020
More screen time was spent on watching two characters urinate than developing the storylines. Come on Kevin! You are better than this.
