Two focuses. One has Patrick getting wisdom teeth pulled and being under a heavy narcotic. He begins to talk about having children. The larger one is Moira and her crow movie. She reads a review of her movie and pushes Alexis into a premier. All the townsfolk get all dressed up, a red carpet is found (actually, it's merlot), and they proceed. At some point, a box of crows is released and they attack the audience. This leads to some interesting results.

Stevie drives David and Patrick to Patrick's wisdom teeth removal appointment. She wonders how it looks to go back on her plans and she hilariously points at David and says don't answer.
Patrick says two years ago he thought he would have been married with kids by now.
David takes Patrick home. He is still drugged and says he is a hungry hippo and that he wants to have a baby. David said okay we will make a baby when you are normal but Patrick says he meant have a baby. Imagine the two of them snuggling with the baby.
Jocelyn hilariously says Hello Access Hollywood when Moira enters the cafe. She shows Moira the good review.
Alexis prepares for the event but now Moira wants a premiere just hours beforehand.
Moira and Johnny look stunning. Alexis wears a beautiful dress too. The other townspeople are dressed up including there being one sparkly silver dress. The crows are released but they attack the crowd.
Back at the motel the family watches a video of the incident that has gone viral.
