Too Much Notoriety
Hitchcoc8 March 2019
As Sam works her magic, a man she admired for his abilities to determine the times of death of victims, seems to have feet of clay. However, there is a sickness in all of this. As this goes along, we begin to recognize that the purity of law isn't adequate for justice. We can begin to see that Sam is starting to unravel and is getting close to her own commitment to what is right.

A quality concluding episode.
Sleepin_Dragon29 November 2022
Sam continues to look into the working practices of Doctor Sachs, he's prepared to take her into his confidence.

This has genuinely been such a good two part story, this second, concluding part truly did justice to the first part. I loved the shocking conclusion, and the whole question about ethics, it was a very thought provoking episode.

It's been a very clever story, one of ethics, love, hatred and deceit. So many threads were dangling, but all were nicely sewn up here, even the relatively minor story of Denise Morris and the death of her husband had substance.

It's funny looking back at episodes with Doctor Ryan, she was such a dominant character, that Harry and Leo seemed to fade into the background, it's very different now.

It's so well acted once again, I really loved the performances of both Daniel Casey and James Laurenson, both were very interesting characters, for different reasons.

9/10.
