The Joes go ghost busting as Cobra uses cartoon voodoo hocus pocus to summon three warrior spirits to aid them. Said spirits aren't evil, but are merely held under Cobra's control via a personal item from each of them. The question for the Joes becomes, how do you kill something that is already dead?

This is a premise with some pretty solid potential, but the execution here is kind of lacking. The ambition never rises above connecting the dots in the most pedestrian way possible. It's like one of those people who takes pride in doing something with the least amount of effort possible, even if the result is barely serviceable.

Warning: Spoilers
This Episode has been in my mind since the first time I saw it ...This episode gave me the Idea to create a new cartoon That someday you will see... The Phantom Brigade Written by Sharman Di Vono An old gypsy lady gives Cobra Commander three objects: a Greek Coin, A Heart Locket, And A Golden Ring... which she uses to lure three ghosts, a Roman warrior, a Mongolian warrior woman, and an American WWI pilot, into the service of Cobra. The ghosts are an unstoppable army, but the Joes talk to the WWI pilot and convince him that Cobra is using them. The Joes raid Cobra's castle and with the help of the ghosts, recover the three objects. Once the objects are buried, the ghosts' spirits are finally at peace and leave this Earthly realm. I a heart rending happy way you will remember
