One of the Best Episodes
claudio_carvalho28 December 2018
Sam and Jacob find the room where the Ancient weapon is locked and they work trying to operate the device to destroy the Replicators. Meanwhile Dakara is under the protection of the Jaffa rebels commanded by Teal'c and Master Bra'tac while the Goa´uld starships arrive and put them all under siege. Out of the blue, Sam and Jacob receive the surprising support from a holographic image of Baal to simultaneously operate all the Stargates to destroy the Replicators without time to assimilate the weapon. Meanwhile the Sam Replicator probes Daniel Jackson´s mind and accidentally he has a recall of his powers and she commands a simultaneous ultimate attack to SGC and Dakara. What will happen next?

"Reckoning: Part 2" is one of the best episodes of "Stargate SG-1" with the important participation of all the protagonist in a final combat. The conclusion is great and well-resolved and what might have happened to Daniel Jackson is the only unanswered question. The danger of Anubis and the powerful Ancient weapon in Dakara are another questions to be resolved. My vote is nine.

Epic on Epic Scale

Warning: Spoilers
Part 1 was excellent, so Part 2 could hardly be less. In fact, it was more.

Daniel shows RepliCarter that he's playing for keeps. Ba'al makes a joke and wishes Sam and her dad good luck. Jack fights to keep Replicators from infiltrating SGC and reaching the surface. Teal'c and Master Brata'c finally get their wish of free Jaffa.

This episode has everything that makes Stargate great, including a massive space battle.

One thing is unclear. Sam, her dad and Ba'al work to re-calibrate the super weapon to match the pulse the now non-functional Replicator weapon emits. The Replicators have adjusted to that weapon. Why would the re-calibrated super weapon work to destroy the Replicators? In the end some questions are left unanswered.

What became of Daniel. What became of Anubis? What became of Ba'al? Don't miss this.

Whose in control?

Great conclusion two a busy two-parter involving most of the galaxy. The storyline was well developed and had an interesting new dynamic. But really, again with the Daniel thing.

Reckoning Review for Ep1 & ep2. Awful
MyEinsamkeit3 February 2018
I got bored about 20 mins into the episodes. A clone of Sam , really? It would have been better if they cast a different actress to play the Replicator and to torture Daniel. The budget must really low , because season 8 is the worse season and they hardly go off world anymore. They are either at their houses now or on the streets or the base. Season 8 only had a few good episodes. but most was terrible.

Also, Isaac Hayes lmfao. he's a good singer and he as only good acting IMO in The Rockford Files. Both episodes for reckoning is terrible. The acting, the cast, the story, boring and stupid. Don't waste your time on this one.
