Finally a Focus on Someone Other Than Stephanie
Hitchcoc11 April 2023
I guess this one is Ok. The idea of these guys having a straight gang like the Jets and the Sharks defies about anything. Their acts of terrorism involve throwing snowball and soaping windows. Dick get dragged into the reunion of these guys who are finally going to get together (which is funny because they see each other every day). They get pullovers which are supposed to say Hooligans but George screws up the order and they say Hooligals. There's a rival gang that has a similar problem. They finally are challenged to a rumble. Now, the rumble is really funny as they approach each other but no one is willing to make the first move. Dick, of course, is blamed for everything that goes awry. It is a breath of fresh air after several abysmal epidodes.

George brings back his old street gang
Jimmy_the_Gent46 August 2018
George finds an old photo of his gang called the Hooligans and wants to get them together again.

A hilarious episode and one of the best of season 8. The members of the gang included Chester and Jim, they had nicknames of Pliers for George, Jim was Mustache and Chester was Little Stinky (you had to be there). They convince Dick to be their new leader, calling him Brains, even though he thinks it is ridiculous. Michael and Mr Rusnak also beg to be part of the gang, they are called Clothes Horse and Laces. They end up being challenged to a rumble by a rival gang The Ruffians. Don't miss this one, the rumble is one of the funniest scenes in the series. Michael brings a boom box and plays the music from West Side Story! (Although the music is cut from the DVD, probably for legal reasons).
