Michael and K. I. T. T. come to the aid of the granddaughter of a friend of Devon's, Jamie Downs, who is organizing a charity race in the small town of Marberry. A bunch of hoodlums don't want the race to happen.
Slightly offbeat episode with not much action, but there's a slightly mystery angle. It keeps one watching but the most amusing scene is when Kitt, probably a closet glam metal fan, has the radio play a Motley crue song in order to keep a hoodlum distract while Knight trades suitcases.
