Fear of Flying (#3.6)

This episode is once again packed with action and drama. Susan and Mark go fly with thee helicopter which she is very afraid of and they end up with a big accident scene. The episode also includes people dealing with errors. There is Peter who makes a mistake and has the baby almost die because of it. A good part to add there as it is very well fitting for Peter's character. And there is also a new nurse who seems not to be made for Emergency room and her mistake almost kills the boy (poor family).

There was also a part that made one a bit worried as the father of the family seemed to have memories problems and kept on forgetting what happened with him. They did it pretty well as in they didn't exaggerate it and kept on going with it for too long.

Ummm a mistake

I recently started rewatching some episodes of this show. I am sure that when this episode first aired I found this odd. But for a baby being only ten days old; why would the baby not be in the rear facing car seat position. One would think that as a pediatrician as a father this would not of been overlooked. One would wonder if the baby would of needed surgery if she was rear facing. Benton though definitely needed to be knocked off his high horse. He jumped the gun like always and something very serious could of occurred. Of course all in all another great episode of a series I definitely miss.
