Chopping Spree

Face becomes a car salesman for a crooked used car dealer called Sam Friendly (Dennis Franz).

He sells out of state cars cheaply, then a few weeks later steals them back and off they go to a chop shop for used parts.

Hannibal pretends to be a British concert promoter to smoke out Friendly after the A Team van has been stolen.

This leave BA upset and angry. Murdock is keen on horticulture and worried that his plant has been stolen as it was in the van.

Friendly is in cahoots with a mobster for an urgent job. The A Team can apprehend two bad guys in short shrift.

A good action adventure, Franz is wonderfully sleazy. The mobster Tony Victor gives a bit more spin to the plot.

George Peppard's English accent was at least better than Dick Van Dyke's but not by much.

Good guest actors

Warning: Spoilers
A nice little guest cast enliven CHOPPING SPREE, another solid episode of THE A-TEAM. This time around, B.A.'s van is stolen, causing him to go on the warpath in a hunt to get it back. It turns out that a dodgy car dealership is secretly running a 'chop shop' and the team have to take them out of business. This episode offers another nicely sleazy turn from Dennis Franz, doing what he always does best, alongside DAWN OF THE DEAD's Ken Foree playing some hired muscle. Old-time Canadian actor Lee Patterson plays in support too, looking very distinguished.
