- The film opens up to a man getting an email filled with pictures of women engaged in sex acts with farm animals; every time he tries to close the window, a new one comes up. We do not actually see the sex acts, however we see the animals, as well as a brief shot of a woman's head clearly enjoying the actions (no nudity), and text such as "Steamy Barnyard Action XXX."
- A man mentions in a voicemail "banging" a woman in the office.
- Orgasms are mentioned once.

- Larry's girlfriend leaves him after she mistakes his CPR to try to keep his dog alive for an act of bestiality.
- When Larry attempts to hang himself with a tie, his mother walks in and thinks he is performing an auto-erotic act.
- Larry is seen in the bathtub trying to kill himself with an electrical plug; he ends falling on the floor from the shock and spilling the lotion; when his dad walks in, he is mistaken for masturbating. There is no nudity in this scene.
- Larry again attempts to kill himself; his parents come in the garage, and he is mistaken for masturbating with a teddy bear while covered in semen, when really, he is trying to get the oil he spilled on himself off.
- It is heavily implied that a necrophiliac has sex with Larry's dead body; nothing is seen or heard above some innuendoes, though.
