Classic Family Entertainer

One of the prominent film of Mithun Chakraborty in eighties.Shashilal K.Nair directed Parivaar is a family drama film.Mithun, a poor street performer, lives with two orphan children, a dog and a monkey. They all struggle a lot to get daily necessities for their Parivaar.Twist in film comes when a young girl, played by Meenakshi Sheshadri removes from her father-in-law home by her cruel mother in law played by Aruna Irani and Husband played by Shakti Kapoor. Meenakshi also gets her shelter in Mithun's family. The film is ended with the revenge of Mithun and his family against Meenakshi's husband and mother-in-law.Some scenes of the film make you speechless.Particularly in those scenes where Mithun gives one of orphan child to a rich parents for better future of that child. In this way there are lots of scenes in the film where you can not keep your tears.Performence wise both the child artist Master Markand as Bittu and Baby Guddu as Bobby have done their jobs. All the pets use in the film give full support to the film.Mithun gives one of his best performance in relation to Hindi commercial films.Meenakshi has also delivered a powerful Perfomence. Her dancing ability is proved in the song Ram Bhakt Hanuman.Direction and Screenplay both are fine.Music by Laxmikant Pyarelal is average.Madari song picturised on Mithun is best in the lot.More or less Parivaar can easily considered as one of the classic Family entertainer of eighties.
