Laughed My head off!
sumwhanino18 August 2002
This film was brillient and it's dark sense of humour made me chuckle. It was brilliently edited and shot and the beta transfer that i saw at it's recent viewing at the WA entrant's at the St Kilda festival tour was fantastic.

It's a pity that good films never get the funding that they deserve, and it takes hard working filmmakers, and a good idea to make it on it's own merits before people take notice.

As a young filmmaker myself i know this hardship.

Good work fella's keep it up and i can't wait to see the next film!

people out there should try and get a hold of this short somehow, ask around or maybe try and download it off the net if it's been circulating.

fantastic job.

Wonderful

I found this film to be exciting, funny and very, very clever. Robert Forsyth (Director) obviously has a clear vision and can transfer that on to film. Well done. I find a lot of short films tend to try and say too much. Short films should be like this one. Loved the tension and the twisted story line. Great acting as well. Well done - you guys received a standing ovation when I went to see it!

Still with me

I saw this film over ten years ago while on a visit down under and it still sticks with me. Brilliantly acted and well thought out. It has tension, drama, humor. Amazing feat for a short film. Short film formats are infinitely more difficult to do than longer formats, you have so little time to engage the audience. This film did it brilliantly. Being new to Australia it also gave me an (admittedly slightly skewed sense) of Australian humor, sense of place and the incredible talent to be found there. I used to be able to find a clip of this on the Nescafe site to view, but I haven't seen a place anywhere on the net I could watch it ever since. I recall it was an entry to the Nescafe film series, I don't know if they do that or not anymore, but even that was a fantastic idea. I'd love to see it again. Brilliant.
