- A woman lifts her dress to reveal her pubic hair to a man.
- A woman's bare breasts are seen briefly while she changes.
- The camera pans slowly over a nude woman in the bath. Her breasts and pubic hair are visible. There is a subsequent lingering shot of her pubic region as her husband looks at her. Her vulva is not visible.
- A woman is seen topless, as blood is washed off her body.
- A man and woman have sex. Both are fully nude, although the camera angles are positioned in extreme close-up, such that what is shown is not always clear. He abruptly leaves and locks himself in the bathroom to finish. He makes graphic movements with his arm, masturbating himself. Although the character is nude, he is shot mostly from the waist up, so there is no genital nudity. His wife, also nude, shouts to him, hitting the door from the other side. The scene concludes with a clear shot of ejaculation, although shot from an angle whereby there is, again, no nudity.
- A man embraces a woman who has stripped to her underwear. They fall to the floor, where he removes her underpants. We see her pubic hair. He becomes more violent, and it is implied that he bites her vagina when performing cunnilingus. His head is clearly visible between her legs, and when he raises his head, his mouth is bloody. He mounts her, although again there is no nudity, and the movements are not very pronounced.

- A man finds a dead man with unclear, although disturbing, injuries around his mouth. A woman is huddled nearby, with blood all over her face.
- A man washes the blood off a woman's body. She has blood all over her body, particularly around her mouth.
- A woman attacks a man during intercourse. She then leans in to apparently kiss his neck, although his cries imply that she is biting him. She then begins to bite at his upper lip. Subsequent shots show him, presumably dying, gasping for air, with a bloody top lip that has been mostly chewed away, and with a large wound on his neck / shoulder, with a flap of skin. The woman, who has blood over her face, continues to nibble at his lip, and forces her finger into his neck wound, playing with the flap of skin.
- A man and woman strangle each other. However, her attempts prove futile, and he eventually suffocates her. Setting fire to the room, he leaves and we see her also catch fire.
- A man bites a woman during oral sex. When he raises his head, his mouth is smeared with blood.
- A man drags a woman, who has died due to rape, out of view. There is blood on the floor, and on her body.
Profanity

- Very occasional, and mostly mild. Infrequent use of fuck.

- A woman has a number of pills, which he doctor husband has presumably prescribed her. However, she throws them away.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There are THREE rape scenes that are extremely disturbing, and occasional graphic violent images, which will disturb some, for both their strength and for their context. A strangulation scene is quite intense.

- A woman and a young man have sex. She pins him to the bed and, in a graphic motion, although there is no nudity and both are fully clothed. She becomes progressively more violent as the scene continues, and it is implied that he dies.
