This game has some good stuff (very little) and some bad stuff (a lot). The thing I like about this game is that the moves are easy to control (for me) and that if you win with a specefic character, you see a clip on them. The things I don't like about this game is that there are no main wrestlers. They don't have Goldberg, British Bulldog, and even Bret Hart is not in the game. But overall it is ok.

WCW Nitro is a WCW wrestling game that came out in 1998.I have played this game before on PC and it is not very good especially comparing it to the N64 WWF Warzone which was released the same year.The graphics are pretty bad but the gameplay is sort of easy and the sound effects when you attack the other person are pretty good.Once again you can choose many wrestlers like Goldberg and Hulk Hogan but this time you can see a small clip of each wrestler.That is what makes this game a bit more interesting.Other than that however the game is mediocre at best.I suggest sticking to the newer ones.

A game that could have been better

WCW Nirto is based on the WCW, World Championship Wrestling.
The game try to make it feel like it a WCW show.
However the game doesn't have all the things that was WCW.
But to be fair the game is fun to play.
My favorite thing about WCW Nirto is that when you go to pick a superstar, you can watch a clip of that WCW superstar asking you to please pick them to play as.
The wrestlers don't look like they should, but you can tell who's who.
All of your favorite WCW superstars are in the game.
The graphic in the game are all right, the arenas are good.
The controls can be tough to use.
The sound is good and some of the music in the game is good.
The game play is okay, but the game is still fun.

WCW Nitro is one of the most exciting video games! The wrestlers, the action, the fighting, and the sure thrill of excitement makes this game a fun non-stop playing time! Below is a brief look how I think the game is!
Game Play: The game play is very good. There is really basic controls here and is easy to perform. Novice gamers should have a good time here!
Graphics: The graphics are wonderful especially for the Nintendo 64 System! The backgrounds are really beautiful!
Difficulty: The game is easy but as it goes on you find out that it will become more difficult!
Music: The music is great! Just fantastic catchy tunes through out the game! In My opinion its some of the best music ever in a video game!
Sound: The sound is great. Nuff said!
Overall: I have always loved WCW Nitro! If you like wrestling and sports games then I strongly recommend you play this game!

I found this game at a fair for like 5 bucks. I bought it and played the hell out of it.
The game looked and was hash, but I made the best of it by using relevant wrestlers that mattered during when wrassling was cool, hip and authentic.
The gameplay was bad.
Commentary was absent Entrances were hash Match selections were decent Game featured maybe 60+ WCW Superstars. I knew them all by name back in those days.
Still, somehow I enjoyed this game.
The best part of Dubya C Dubya Nitro was the wrasslers selection intro about 30 of them had a neat 10-20 second intro to why we should choose them. Nash was the funniest because he didn't want us to choose him. Alex Wright was the most enthusiastic and Chris Benoits intro was iCONIC.
Take away the intro and this game would be 100% grade A hash.
