Jaacov Jaacovi is a porn director who likely has a following (judging by the trivia submissions to IMDb lamenting his "lost films"), but this video feature hilariously proves his ineptness. It tries to be a serial killer thriller/porno combination, but is unbelievably amateurish in both genres.
The serial killer is shown at the very beginning of the movie -Sean Rider, whose acting is p*ss poor. There's no suspense, just some of the lousiest plot exposition scenes ever shot interspersed between the sex scenes -latter are all that matter to this filmmaker. Many crew members including JJ (using his alternate moniker "Jourdan Alexander") are in the cast, but so many of the line readings are unusable yet remain in the final print.
Briefly, Rocky (Sean Rider) wantonly kills taxi drivers but only male ones. The movie is about female ones, led by Tiffany Million, and they're introduced in the form of car wash girls, doing softcore lesbo shtick while cleaning their vehicles.
Soap opera plotlines are trotted out, none believable, including: Dominique Bouche (a/k/a Sydney Dance) carrying on a stupendously dumb romance with the killer -one second digging him, the next second reporting him to the cops, leading to a preposterous climax where she's the woman on top humping him who grabs his gun ready to shoot him!
That's not the silliest romance: how about sexy Diva in love with lazybones Steve Drake, who refuses to look for a job while she supports him as a lady cabbie? Worse than that, we have Brittany O'Connell (misspelled O'Cannell in the credits) stuck with restaurateur Tony Montana, who promises to pull out when having sex with her after she's forgotten her diaphragm, resulting in pregnancy, and then orders her to get an abortion & dumps her altogether. JJ thinks the abortion angle is worth some indulgence, so he even stages a Pro-Life demonstration in front of the clinic where a crew member (Alex San Paulo) portrays the abortionist, who takes the time to lecture Brittany on the pros and cons of abortion -a ridiculous scene. And don't forget Joey Verducci as a Mexican searching Los Angeles for his sister who disappeared a year ago; beautiful cabbie Alicia Rio befriends him and joins the search. She turns out to be a waitress in Tony Montana's restaurant. Final scene ties up neatly (yeah, right) all these crucial subplot in hilariously unbelievable fashion!
Worst scene has a bunch of cops led by Ron Jeremy visiting Tiffany Million in search of the killer. Rebecca Wild is one of the cops and without warning (or adequate scripting) suddenly hits on Tiffany as the other cops leave and seduces her in a nanosecond -cue 10 minutes of big-bust Sapphic action on a nearby couch.
At one point the killer shoots Ron Jeremy at point-blank range as Ron sits in a cop car: I was cheering, but soon Ron emerges unharmed in time for a "happy" ending.
Here in New York, if NYU or SVA had a course on directing porn movies, this one would be shown as either a good or a bad (take your pick) example of how porn directors treat their material.
