When you're in the woods . . .
pixrox115 September 2023
. . . it seems like there's a legendary personage lurking behind every tree. Little Red Riding Hood can emerge into a clearing from any passing thicket, or the Seven D-words may happen along carrying an inert Snow White. You may stumble across a bread crumb trail freshly laid down by Hansel and Gretel, or the fluffy stuff brushing your face may signal that Rapunzel has just let down her hair from a tower window. That zipping sound could be an arrow unleashed by Robin Hood winging toward its mark, and if you spot the Three Pigs you can expect to spy the Big Bad Wolf tracking close behind. Mac Beth is more likely to be confronting a trio of defrocked witches than the Headless Horseman, but even Paul Bunyan is unlikely to wake up Rip Van Wrinkle. William Tell always is blabbing about Johnny Appleseed, yet the latter only has eyes for Bow Peep. Meanwhile, Loopy meets the Three Bears during BEAR UP!
