- The woman character was raped. There is a long scene where she confronts her rapist. This scene is very intense and could make many players uncomfortable.
- Nimdoc was a Nazi and we get to see some of a Nazi Death Camp from the inside.
- If you fail the game, your character is transformed into a hideous slug-like creature.
