- A talk show clip is shown in which a woman makes a joke about having sex with Benjamin Franklin.
- Daniel mentions there was penis envy in life while there is brain envy here at Judgement City.
- There's the talk about someone not spending the night with another, for various reasons such as getting a STD. A few other sex-related jokes and a couple jokes about body parts. Daniel has a discussion in a restaraunt with a man who says he "made a lot of money selling adult books." There is also some talks about strip clubs in this scene.
- Daniel & Julia has a somewhat long kissing seen in front of her hotel.

- Daniel is seen as a young child in a flashback sequence being hit by a childhood tormentor. Though there is no blood, the scene may disturb sensitive viewers. He is later seen riding a snow mobile, and crashing, and rolling down a hill. No injuries whatsoever are shown, it is revealed that he broke his leg severely later on. Julia, in a flashback sequence is seen running into a burning house to rescue her, and her children's cat. Though she and her children remain completely unharmed the scene is vaguely intense.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- In a few flashbacks we see some moderately intense scenes like where people are arguing/fighting and another where a kid gets bullied. The aforementioned scenes where Daniel crashes his snowmobile may be intense for some sensitive viewers, as well as the scene where Julia rescues a cat from a burning house.
