- Two women are shown having bandages applied to their bottoms after being bitten by the werewolf. Rear nudity for both actresses.
- In the beginning of the film there is a shower scene after the football game of the team. Only shows the stomach up. It also suggests the coach of the team is a homosexual when someone drops their soap and the coach is waiting for him to pick it up but he just walks away.
- It's suggested a man has a threesome with two female prostitutes while in Romania.
- An older couple briefly make out, clothed, on a sofa.
- A woman straps the teenage werewolf to a bed (clothed, both of them) and then she starts whipping him with a belt and then climbs on top of him and begins gyrating on him, also fully clothed.

- A teenage boy gets accosted by a werewolf while in Romania. Shows a minor humorous struggle then pans away.
- A plane is highjacked. They point guns at people and blindfold them. Nothing too violent. On the plane the teenager turns into a werewolf and mauls one of the bad guys, it doesn't show it.
- The father of the teenage boy locks himself in a bunker, shoots off his rifle, bullet ricochets and kills him. It shows him running around but not getting hit.
- A girl chases the werewolf around with a knife, scaring the werewolf but not doing anything with the knife, in the end.
- Cop shoots werewolf six times. Werewolf tackles cop, and then werewolf falls down dying.

- Smoking is seen in a girls' bathroom in a high school. At a dance a couple of teens are in another room and one of them shows the other his marijuana stash, they don't smoke, it's, as the one says to the other "for sniffing only".
