Sex & Nudity

  • A woman wearing a thin gown is instructed by a man to remove his pants and underwear as well as her panties. The camera focuses on her closely as she kisses him and his body. The man then stops her and pours cold water down his underwear to calm himself down. This scene lasts over 4 minutes, but no nudity is seen other than the man's bare chest.
  • A married man and a teenage girl begin kissing in a bedroom and it is implied they go to the bed and have sex, but this is not shown.
  • Frequent and quite explicit conversations regarding sex throughout. There's no nudity or actual sex shown though.
  • In a comedy show, Jake LaMotta rubs a microphone on a woman's butt, and says, "Sorry, I just wanted to see what a microphone feels like on a sexy girls butt.", then Jake proceeds to kiss the woman's revealed breast and cleavage.

Violence & Gore

  • A fight breaks out in the crowd of a boxing match with punches thrown, a woman is trampled, and a man's body is tossed in the air.
  • The film is shot in black and white so the blood and damage is far less realistic than it otherwise would've been.
