A faux TV show news segment used as an introduction to Mandico's Barbarian short films: "Rainer, A Vicious Dog in a Skull Valley", "We Barbarians", and "The Last Cartoon". This short and the other three shorts are combined into an 85 minute program titled "The Show Has Already Started" which is the same title of this segment.
