Twin Peaks: The Black Widow (1991)
Season 2, Episode 12
7/10
Probably Twin Peaks' most cartoony episode.
22 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
The mistakes of this episode do not consist on the goofy and cartoony scenes and dialogues in some parts, but in the unnecessary and boring subplots that don't seem to be a reasonable cause of the persistance of the season even after the majestic ending of episode 9.

James' new sublot and its irrelevant development, Bobby's new connection with Ben Horne with all of his jerkness, Josie's humiliating fate, and - the worst of them all - the long and weird develoment of Nadine, with her recent childish personality and strenght superpowers. At the beginning, it was interesting to thing about the meaning of that. But at this point, even the comeback of a forgotten character (Mike) seems to be ruined in order to make Nadine's subplot develoment in the goofiest way ever.
