A good movie overall, but much less mystical and magical than I would expect a movie about astrology and the stars to be. There should have been more signs and synchronicities involved. But, if you're looking for your run of the mill sweet Hallmark kind of film, you'll like this.
Best part for me was how the leading man's character had a mother named Joan. That was at least one Godwink for me, in this otherwise pretty bland movie about fate, destiny, and signs from the universe.
The biggest gripe I have with the storyline itself is just that the leading lady kept laboring over a problem that wouldn't have been a problem if she just thought a little harder. She's supposed to be this great writer, but her thinking doesn't reflect that. Still, not a bad movie at all.
