I realize it might seem unfair for me to comment on this movie since my ability to understand French is limited, and the only parts I comprehend are the English lines. However, I genuinely want to share my thoughts and feeling about this movie.
Emilie's character in the film didn't meet my expectations. Normally I wouldn't care whether her role is endearing or likable, given I enjoy her work regardless of the role she takes on. But this time, It's a departure from the roles she's portrayed in the past, which surprised me. What puzzled (shocked) me even more was the inclusion of a nudity scene. I questioned its necessity within the context of the story. From my perspective, it didn't seem to add significantly to the overall narrative.
