Penelope is going to work at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Meredith tells the others that Penny killed Derek. Penn tells the entire story what happened on the evening of Derek's death. Meredith gives Penny another chance, she can work at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 12, this was such a great Episode.
