If you're a fan of the movies which are all very excellent this is nothing like the movies because the movies all had dark themes, great emotions, and an amazing voice cast and strong messages which made the first 2 a cult classic with the 3rd one lagging behind but still being fantastic but however Legends of awesomeness does have the same action as the films, but they are more loosely choreographed and it isn't as emotionally charged and powerful like the movies but on it's own yeah its great because it does have great messages, good action and a decent plot and story to support it. I thought some episodes were completely lame and stupid but there are ones that are really exciting and entertaining
One thing I have to say is, everyone except Viper and Ping all have different voices which I really didn't get used to for a little while but the voice acting is great nontheless.
