This show does an excellent job of following a small group of young indigenous people as they learn how to survive in the wild using their traditional knowledge. It doesn't feel exploitative like so many reality shows, they do explore all the challenges the group faces in a sensitive and fair way. The participants all show growth over the series and are an impressive group - taking on tasks that many of us would struggle with like foraging, fishing and trapping to sustain themselves. Great production and fantastic narration. Overall I found it very grounding to watch, I wish I had discovered it during the awful lockdown time in the middle of the pandemic!
