Cabot Cove's ladies are all gaga over Wayne Bennett and his new exercise studio. As for the men in town...well, they tolerate it! Among the women nuts over Bennett is Eve (Julie Adams)...who also happens to be nuts over Fred Keppard (Hugh O'Brian) as well! But when Fred is found murdered, Wayne is the prime suspect and Eve seems to be completely out of luck! Of course, Jessica Fletcher is on hand to sort out the killing and find out who is responsible.
While one of the 'nosy' older women is in the show, Eve, sadly the rest of the nosy beauty shop ladies are no where to be seen...which is a shame as they are pretty funny. Still, an interesting mystery with an okay solution make this one worth your time.
