Serial killer has more rights than victims... they're dead, anyway
14 December 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The show is currently following the downhill, well-worn path of the killer who must be treated with velvet gloves to prove how civilized our civilization is, even if the general opinion is that the Western world is so degenerate. Whatever your side of the political fence, there are at least two glaring mistakes in the procedures of what seems to be the most pathetically messy police in the world.

Rule number one is that a victim and a perpetrator are NEVER shipped to the same hospital, not only to avoid hurting their feelings but for the very practical reason of the relatives of either party meeting each other. That is likely to cause an explosive situation that normal police officers, already burdened with tons of bureaucratic bulls**t want to avoid.

Rule number two would be to keep a potentially lethal, strong, and athletic killer handcuffed to the bed, or at the very least, knowing his penchant for young brunettes, assign him to a male nurse. A case of better safe than sorry that it's completely disregarded.

And that tear-jerker scene with the kiddo... how cringeworthy fake.
