I am a huge fan of Weird Al but I'm not gonna lie.. It took me longer than I prefer to admit to realize that it wasn't a biography, I thought it was based on real events until I suddenly realized it wasn't. I kinda sorta knew was I was getting myself into and this movie played out more or less how I expected, with a few surprises thrown in here and there.. And I never knew "Beat it" was a parody.. News to me.
I had fun watching this and I couldn't find anything unlikable about this movie, maybe other than Daniel Radcliffe playing Weird Al himself. He's clearly not a comedian and he didn't really look like him. Although it's a fine movie and it delivers what it promises.
