This thriller was straight to the point and satisfactory over all. It didn't make any wild, innovative leaps in cinematic history, but it accomplished what it set out to do.
I would say my biggest "gripe" would be the lack of originality and use of cliches (because there were quite a bit). Because of this, the plot set up, themes and characters felt a little lazy to me.
Overwhelmingly, for me, the biggest positive was the leads performance. I thought she did a pretty stellar job. Honestly, the cast as an ensemble was quite good, with some familiar faces, but the lead really was the shining star in the group. Hope to see her in more because if it wasn't for her I would not have liked this movie nearly as much.
Again, nothing crazy... but a solid film that was entertaining. Would recommend.
