Hellraiser: Deader (2005) is dull and boring, it feels too slow and does not have any fun like the original Hellraiser movies. It takes itself too seriously, which can be fine, but it does not make it interesting.
The acting is not that great, and Pinhead does not appear in the movie that much except in small scenes. Just seeing the Cenobites appearing in the background and not having them do anything ruins the creepiness of the movie.
The effects are bad, including a scene where someone has bad dead effects. The horror elements are not scary and are there scenes that I do not understand, especially when the puzzle box is used once or twice and not talked about that much.
The stuff the character goes through is average because I did not care about the main character. The plot of they might sound interesting, but I did not see much done with it.
