Deus Ex has multiple endings and a bunch of different ways to accomplish each goal. I've played it start to finish multiple times just to see how much I could change the story and to try different approaches.
Pro tip: You can kill main characters and alter the story. The first time I played it through I eventually got into a fight with a main character as the story progressed. Next time I played I decided to betray this character and kill them off before they picked a fight with me. It wasn't easy but was doable and it changed how the story progressed. What other video game is that awesome?!
