A beautiful buddy movie about surviving tragedy and triumph!
5 July 2022
There are people who don't like this or the band now for political reasons, but as Jesse Hughes says in the film- leave your politics at the door! This is a film for all, about a band for all!

This is a film about a band that saw the worst of humanity, and it made them understand the best of it even more. This is a survival film- one about hope for a better future, one about never giving up on that or on joy.

This is a heartbreaking true story of a tragedy, but it is also a buddy movie- a movie about best friends that will make you bawl- in a good way too. Simply put, I liked it.

Much love and respect to all involved in this- and to Eagles of Death Metal- I love you so hard right now and can totally see why Joan Jett hired you to open for her all those years ago! She has good taste and recognized their virtue long before most.
