Really confused how to rate this after the second season. Despite two rather unpleasant characters played by Helene Yorke and Ken Marino, I was pretty wild about the first season. Those two unpleasant folks do improve with time and a second season, and that is actually the point with Yorke's character, but the ending left me with such mixed feelings. Up until then, the second season was just about as good as the first and the entire gimmick of the photo with its ups and downs, sad and happy effects is not a bad one, but what the photo is of is completely implausible. I've known many a gay man and that photo is not remotely realistic, but perhaps I am just out of touch. I kept smiling as I liked the idea of all the reactions it caused, but kept grimacing due through the smiles due to the concept. The actors are all good. Drew Tarver is sort of the "straight" man of the bunch, but he's still the funniest and Molly Shannon couldn't be more likeable.
