. . . in charge of buildings. When the mutt dressed up in human clothes stages a canine variety show near open flames, it's virtually guaranteed that this people edifice will soon burn to the ground. Sure enough, before there's time to say "Mitch McConnell," a conflagration engulfs what Fido will not be able to rebuild, due to his lack of job skills, tools, money and thumbs that can be opposed.
