"Warning Sign" is a decent film. It's nothing spectacular, but it is watchable and not devoid of value. The movie itself is actually a warning to the world of the possible dangers inherent to germ research and genetic (gain-of-function) manipulation. A theme which is as relevant today in this time of SARS-CoV-2 as ever. Unfortunately, scientists and institutions often act first and think later. Little restraint is shown, instead "progress" and conquest are the order of the day. Or as "Jurassic Park" so eloquently said: "Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether they could, they didn't stop to think if they should." But "Warning Sign" is clearly no "Jurassic Park". My ratings: Warning Sign 5/10, Jurassic Park 9/10.
