Throwing out the bickering between Bernie and Howard, the whole deviated septum thing with Leonard and Sheldon was great. Sheldon is convinced Leonard will die and it is rather touching, in a ham handed way. Two great scenes. One the discussion as the guys sit side by side and Penny takes a picture. The other having to do with matching funeral urns.
