Stumbled onto this semi-polished gem on Netflix today. We're not familiar with either the comics or the characters (though I did have a few dozen Superman comics back in the 1960's) .The dialog isn't too cheesy (though, at times, it's like listening to dry, English English professors discussing English in England) and the characters aren't too forced. I told my wife, half joking, that we might want to keep notes until we are up to speed. Good entertainment- give it a go.
