Better than previous episodes.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was a step-up from the previous three episodes for more than one reason. I thought the case was more interesting than the last three cases were. Of course, it still wasn't THAT exciting, but it was better than the previous three. And I thought the interactions between the characters were the best they've been since the beginning of the show.

And while I'm on the subject of interactions, Timothy McGee has been introduced. I want to say I didn't expect him to show up so soon: but in actuality, I never give it any thought; whether he'll show up in this season, earlier or later, etc. But still, I'm not sure when he'll become a member of the team. I'm guessing that it'll be sooner than later. He and Abby are already getting to know each other.

So, of course, it was a pleasant surprise for me when Anthony mentioned his name. Both of them already have a great dynamic. The best moment was when Anthony was doing his whole routine before throwing the rock through the door's window. The moments between Timothy and Gibbs were also great.

I have said it before. I'll say it once more, and then some in future reviews, probably: the characters. That's it. Plain and simple: the characters. As far as every aspect of this show is concerned, the characters are at the very top. And their dynamics with each other are tied at the top with that. I believe that as long as those two things remain throughout the show, it won't matter if the case or something else to do with the episode itself isn't up-to-par.
