Starsky and Hutch are two cops in Bay City who bust criminals and go on undercover missions. This film is based on the classic show titled the same name. What I mostly expected from this kind of movie was exactly what happened: two very different cops are forced to work together on a case and learn to befriend near the ending. I've seen way too many movies like these to know how they usually end. So I'd recommend to watch this film only as an entertaining one, don't look up for any surprises. As for the characters, they are cool. Starsky (Ben Stiller) is a cop who goes by the book of laws while Hutch (Owen Wilson) is more of a flexible person. Huggy Bear (Snoop Dog) was pretty impressive and gave a little more comedy to the film's obvious tone of action. Overall this was good but I'm through with cop movies who are presented with the same plot.
