Warning: Spoilers
Ok, here's the deal I watched this movie and did not like it. Then I read the other reviews on imdb and thought, ok, maybe I missed something. So I watched it a second time. But no, still did not like it. Now I never saw the first one that everyone was raving about, so I'm coming at it from a different point of view, but I actually hated it.

I want to state from the beginning that I like Pascale Hutton and Kavan Smith as actors very much and usually thoroughly enjoy them in movies. My review has nothing to do with their performances. They both did a great job. They had chemistry.

I really wanted to like this movie I adore Kavan Smith and Pascale Hutton.

Pity the poor actors being given this very bad script to work with. They tried so hard, but it was like watching Sisyphus, rolling the rock up the hill .The actors did the best they could with what they were given. Kudos Kavan and Pascale, it was a valiant effort.

My gripe is really all about the script. It's just stupid. The whole idea of Steven turning up 20 years later and he clearly wanted to get back together with her. He looked startled when he heard she was engaged.

Plot - Begins with a wedding, the groom is by the alter with the groomsmen, the Bride and her father are walking down the aisle, she looks radiant and.....she asks where's Steven? Steven left her standing at the alter. Ok, now 20 years later she is engaged to another man and who pops back into the picture, Steven. 20 years? And now he shows up? Stupid plot device. He's supposed to be the biggest thing in investing in new companies (the bank loan officer said he was the best in the business) and in 20 years he never shows up anywhere. It is just plain stupid.

To add insult to injury, her dream wedding dress was terrible and looked bad on her. Why does Hallmark always dress women in skin tight dresses, so tight they can hardly breathe. The dress made her look like she was all butt. Especially when was sideways and leaning forward a little. Nothing but big fat white butt. Ugly, ugly dress. But I've gotten used to Hallmark dressing their leading ladies in the ugliest outfits on earth, so this did not spoil the movie for me.

This next comment is about Hallmark films in general, not only this particular one. Hallmark also likes to put their leading ladies in such short, short skirts as well as being skin tight that I have to wonder if the poor girl can even sit down n that outfit. Skin tight dress with short skirts and impossibly high heels (so high that I am holding my breath waiting for her to fall down), does not make the actress look sexy, it makes the actress look like a cheap tart who should be standing on a street corner somewhere.

And Hallmark, a word of advice, when you put high heels on an actress please consider her height versus her leading man's height. Kavan Smith is a wonderful actor and extremely hunky and sexy, but he's only 5'9",a respectable height. Pascale also a very talented actress is 5' 6". When you put her in 4 inch heels it makes him look small and insignificant.

I have noticed that usually Hallmark likes to cast 6'2" men opposite 5'2" women to make the man look hunkier. Why not in this case, because Kavan is certainly hunky.

My advice - yuck.
