I was intrigued by this show seeing as I watched the original GG twice. I wanted to give this show a real chance. Right off the bat The challenge I set for myself was to see what I could relate to the original. "It would be nice to have someone run errands" gave me so much nostalgia! And having Kristen bell be the voice of gossip girl was the best choice! I also think it was a good idea for the the show to chose actors who aren't well known, which is something the original did. Now overall, I thought the show would have been more predictable but it wasn't. GG kept me on my toes and even made me angry when the posts started happening (compatible to the original). The twist on knowing who GG is at the beginning is both refreshing and frustrating because I don't know if I like it or not. I guess that's the pull that will keep me watching. Overall, good first episode.
